Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor has emerged as the sexiest Asian woman in the world, according to a survey.

First, it was Kareena Kapoor replacing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead role and now, actor Arunoday Singh has been replaced by actor Randeep Hooda in the film. Though Bhandarkar says it's because "Randeep suits the role more," sources say that it was Kareena who refused to get intimate with Singh.
